PROCESSING:

Our processing time ranges between 4-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

SHIPPING:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email you placed your order with, along with all shipping and tracking information.

All orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail. So after processing, your domestic order should arrive to you within 2-3 USPS business days. INTERNATIONAL orders (outside of the USA) may take 7-21 days to arrive.

RETURNS:

We do NOT accept returns after your tracking information reads “Delivered”. It is unsanitary and unsafe!

If you would like to return your order for a refund, when your local post deliverer comes to deliver your package, please refuse it. To refuse your order, simply tell them to return the package back to the sender. Once your order has been returned to us unopened and untampered with, we will then process your refund. Refund will be partial, excluding the shipping cost for the already shipped package.

REFUNDS:

You have 8 hours to request a refund after placing your order. To request a refund, please email us. Please be sure to add your order number and the full name you placed your order with.
